At Worthy Click, we handmake and carefully package every candle before sending it to you.

Shipping

We currently deliver across the UK.

Free UK delivery on all orders. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Small orders: usually ready within 1–2 working days
• Larger orders: usually ready within 4–5 working days
• Delivery after dispatch: usually 2–3 working days

If you need a larger order for a specific date, such as a wedding, birthday or event, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the timeframe.

We use delivery services such as Royal Mail and Evri, depending on the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We package our candles carefully, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please send us your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns & Refunds

30-day returns. If you change your mind, you can return any unused candle within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

How to return an item

1. Contact us with your order number at hello@worthyclicklimited.co.uk or +44 7470 799789.
2. Send the candle back unused, unlit and in its original packaging to: Worthy Click Limited, 31 Parkside, Grammar School Walk, Huntingdon, PE29 3LF, United Kingdom.
3. Once we receive your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund.

If you return your whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge.

Exceptions

Personalised or custom-made candles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
