Shipping
We currently deliver across the UK.
Delivery starts from £2.70 and may vary depending on the weight and size of your order. The exact delivery charge will be shown at checkout.
Free UK delivery on orders over £50.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Small orders: usually ready within 1–2 working days
- Larger orders: usually ready within 4–5 working days
- Delivery after dispatch: usually 2–3 working days
If you need a larger order for a specific date, such as a wedding, birthday or event, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the timeframe.
We use delivery services such as Royal Mail and Evri, depending on the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We package our candles carefully, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please send us your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll be happy to help.
